Time to say Thank You to both Ron Cochran and Allen Worrell for their willingness to try and Raise for Money 💰 for Local Charities by handling our Book 📖

Every layer of a plan for us is pointed in the direction of Helping people and Causes in the Area that we are so Proud to call our Home 🏡.

We know that the Charaties these two Friends have chosen are near and dear to us.

Carroll County Special Olympics, AAU Basketball, FCA and the Humane Society are some of the choices people will have if they pick up a copy from either place of Business.

Both Allen Worrell and Ron Cochran have been major supporters of everything we try to do because they have similar thoughts on just how special of a place this is and can be!.

I continue to operate in a World 🌎 of full disclosure about our intentions and will happily note that the reason for making the drive 🚗 up and back to Harrisonburg was to avoid the cost of Shipping of a heavy 8 cartons of Books 📚.

We will now see how our two Friends do in regards to their 50 copies each ! We greatly appreciate 🙏 their time and efforts in regards to helping others !

One final Giant Thank You to Mr. Kris Richardson for his help every step 🚶‍♂️ of the year long project!

Time to get ready for one more last chance to introduce our Volleyball 🏐 team in the Gym – 6pm Start Time for the Three Rivers District Volleyball 🏐 Championship !

Everyone will remember their First and Tonight was just that for me as my First College Senior Day took place for one of our own – Ms. Adrienne Harris

Emory and Henry’s Women’s Soccer ⚽️ program celebrated Senior Day for 2023 – 2034 and the Ceremony included Carroll County’s very own Adrienne Harris !

When you have had the opportunity to meet this rather impressive young Lady its hard to pick the most impressive thing about the oldest of Shelia and Marion’s three Daughters.

Tonight I will start with the first thing that jumps off the page to me : the Love and Attention she pays to both of her younger siblings, Natalie and Callie. This was never more evident then the day that Natalie was committing to play Volleyball 🏐 for the Wasps.

The next thing that jumps off the page about Adrienne is her future plans after graduation from E & H here in a few more months. The goal is to return to Carroll County to teach at one of the Elementary Schools as possibly get into Coaching, either Soccer ⚽️ or Volleyball 🏐.

Yes, the Wasps took care of business 👏 tonight in a big way, including 2 goals and 1 assist from our Guest of Honor 🎖.

The third thing is also the one that made the Day / Evening so special tonight is the value of Family 👪. We are going to give a shout out to the current Carroll County Volleyball 🏐 team as they agreed to a 6am practice today after defeating Radford Tuesday night, freeing up Callie to join Mom & Dad for the drive 🚗 down ahead of the 4:30 start time. Everything about the Harris Family 👪 screams Family so it was very fitting that they were all able to share in the Big Day

Not that we need to keep going but its hard to not want to mention the level of commitment to the Fellowship of Christian Athletes ✝️ displayed over the years.

This amazing 👏 young Lady 👩 checks all of the Boxes and then when you add that she wants to return to her Hometown to spend her life furthering the education of others it makes her Next Level.

My very first Carroll County High School 🏫 College Senior will be an easy one to remember for a number of reasons !
