When you go out seeking answers to the question of How to Make the World 🌎 a Better Place, Helping to Feed the Hungry is always a safe landing spot !
Cedar Brook Country Club is located just North of Elkins, North Carolina. Today 240 Golfers 🏌️♂️and a Truck 🚚 Load of Sponsors, including OneofUs.Care, converged on the Country Club in hopes of playing 18 holes while honoring the Late Legendary Mr. Parsons and raising Money 💰 to fight Hunger.
The event reached the turn Golfers away mark for the first time in its 17 year history. Mother 👩 Nature was even on board as the morning 🌄 group battled a bit of a chill while the afternoon group was greeted with a picturesque 70°.
Lunch was provided ahead of the afternoon group while the morning golfers 🏌️♂️ were treated to breakfast.
The prizes donated covered a wide variety of areas and promised to add to an already outstanding Kitty for the day.
Kudos to the Powers to be behind such a well oiled event and I’m already looking forward to the 18th edition of this event !
