Volleyball 🏐 keeps Three Rivers District Championship hopes alive but will need a little help along the way

Our Lady 👩 Cavaliers stormed back from a first set defeat to hand Alleghany their first league loss of the season last Thursday night 🌙, keeping alive their hopes of grabbing a share of the regular season title. This week its will be all about holding serve as CCHS hosts Glenvar before traveling up to Buchanan on Thursday to face James River.

The top three teams have created a little separation in the seven team district as we head down the home 🏡 stretch of the 12 game league slate. CCHS (10-5) will need to defeat Radford on the road later this month and have the Bobcats get by the Cougars for the three teams to finish up at 10-2.

First things First – Tuesday night 🌙 they need to defend the Home Court against Glenvar. The Lady Cavaliers 👩 will be looking for a rare season sweep of the Highlanders in front of the home fans.

Cross Country returns to action 🎬 on Wednesday and will compete again on Saturday.
