Fall Softball with Pulaski County is the second stop ✋ of many tonight in Cavalier Land. First stop was Olde Mill Golf ⛳

The internet is not going to cooperate with me doing the pics on the fly so they will need to come at the end of the night.

Softball is underway now and Mr. Kevin Burress is on the scene and will check in at the conclusion of the evening.

Stop#3 is at Jeff Tobler’s Middle School 🏫 Football game. Kickoff was 5:29 pm

So it turns out that Nikki Heflin is our Middle School 🏫 Volleyball 🏐 Coach. Marion speaks highly of this Young Lady 👩 but had failed to introduce her to me for 2+ years…….we will dock his pay

Middle School 🏫 VB played before the JV and while they fell in their match (26-24, 25-18) their Coach was pleased with the effort she received !

The Best thing one can hope for at a Charity Golf ⛳ Outing is meeting someone you have things in common with. Check goes in that box 📦 in a Big Way as Taylor Clark was an absolute Blessing in addition to being an impressive Golfer.

We are both card carrying members of the Bo Goins Fan Club. It turns out that Bo worked down here at Cross Creek before landing at Olde Mill.

27th year of the event and they have built something very impressive 👏! Pages full of notes and photos to sort through once the round is complete ! Two things that we are HUGE fans of are Faith & Education……Much more to follow!

Today will begin with a fact finding mission down at Cross Creek Country Club in Surry County, North Carolina. We have gotten involved with a great cause – Education! Playing a small role on the Sponsor front and greater role on the investigating side.

This event has been ongoing for 27 years now and we love 💘 where the proceeds are going. Anything that sticks out about the inner workings of the day long event that could be used going forward will be noted ✅.

Stop ✋ #2 – Brandi’s Dad 👨/ Nancy’s Husband has been working overtime with us on the Hole sponsor signs for the Cavalier Golf ⛳ Outing on Sunday afternoon. We have reached our goal of 20 Sponsors and its time to pick up the finished product from Omega !

The late afternoon hours on the Hill will be crazy busy in a good way.

Jason Petty & Cindy Edwards will be loading up their Volleyball 🏐 squads for the trek over to the land of the Buffaloes. The Lady Cavaliers 👩 @ Floyd County is always a fun time.

Jeff Tobler and his Middle School 🏫 Football team will be in action 🎬 at the High School. Coach is back healthy after having to miss his teams road opener last week at Radford.

On the Soccer ⚽️ front, tonight is set to be the third and final evening of Coach Forrest Johnson’s K-6th grade camp. The camp was extended to tonight after losing Tuesday night 🌙 to Mother Nature.

On the Softball front, Coach Nester has a Fall Ball scrimmage game with Pulaski County in the works. Thursday is a normal practice day for our Softball Cavaliers but tonight should have the added bonus of outside competition.

The day is set to begin in North Carolina and will end with a trek up to Northern Virginia for a meeting on Friday but with a little help from our friends we can shine a positive light on as many of these events as possible !
