I’m just now getting service. We struggled some with the center exchange offensively, but moved the ball well. Defensively we made a solid adjustment at the half and shut them down in the second half.
We are EXCITED for the team and if any of our readers have pictures π· they would like to share we would π to share them.
It’s safe to say that we doing things a little different out here in Laurel Fork. Trying hard to roll with the punches that come at us on a daily basis, we tend to watch out for each other out this way. Kris is at the center of it all and he wanted to try some Chicago style Pizza π and everyone that knows him knows he’s a Michael Jordan fan.
This combination of Cake π, tomatoes, Cucumber π₯ and Squash comes from two of the Nester brothers and their Brides π°. Such a blessing to watch out for each other the way we do out this way but I’m starting to get worried about Kris being on a Power π Trip. After getting his Chicago haul he grinned and said he was needing a Viking Horn π·from Minnesota ?????
Dude might be trippin…..
On the Volleyball π side of things I found something waiting for me when I returned from the Windy City. Our “Hulk Smash” gloves arrived and will be part of our routine at our next home π‘ match (September 5th)!
Like many others, trying to follow the Season opener for our hometown 11. Hopefully we will uncover the story as the evening plays out.
Cavaliers pitch an 8-0 shutout in the second half to secure a 22-16 victory!
We will be headed to Tusculum University in the morning for tour at 10am then Jabin will meet up with tennis coach Tim Mumford at 12 pm to hit with the Pioneer players .
Thanks as always to Mr.T for keeping us in the know!
