CAVALIER Softball set to resume on August 7th – October 9th !

Head Coach Rick Nester has created his schedule 📅 for the next phase of the program as the veteran Coach is set to regroup after graduating 8 Seniors from last years 17-4 squad.

All High School 🏫 sports are currently in a mandatory “Down Time ” but the Lady 👩 Cavaliers will hit the ground running here in a couple of weeks..

Some of the Fall highlights include at least one Family 👪 vs Daughter game (September 18th).

Boys 👦 Basketball 🏀 in 2023 -2024 promises to be Full of Amazing 👏 Story Lines. Today’s is about a pair of Little Brothers

Isiah Easter and Ethan Richardson, fresh off a weekend Travel Basketball 🏀 Tournament down in Bermuda Run, North Carolina.

Pairs of Two could be the Theme of the Team for Coaches Barnes and Richardson. Heck, there is even a pair of actual Twins set to play their Hearts out for our Cavaliers.

Let’s get back to our Duo pictured above. Easter is a rising Sophomore while Richardson is set to play his Junior season at CCHS. The extra connection between the Guards is that they both have Big Sisters with very impressive Jewelry Boxes ! Two State Championship Rings 💍 reside in both the Easter and Richardson households but now the Family 👪 Business will be in the capable hands of the Little Brothers.

But rest assured, it’s safe to say that the Big Sisters will be around as often they can because that’s simply what Family 👪 does.

The morning 🌄 after the Book 📖 Dinner 🍽 included a trip to a Museum ! Only because my Mother-in-law always says her Daughter needs more Museums and less Ball Fields…..

This Museum has Culture too – its right there in the name.

Located just off I-81 in Staunton.

Admission of $12.00

All things equal I would rather be down in Winston-Salem in a Gym watching 👀 Hoops that involve both Isiah Easter and Ethan Richardson but somewhere my Mother-In-Law is smiling !
