There are so many ways to judge the success of a Coaching staff – longevity, Wins, Awards, Winning percentage are just a few of the popular measuring sticks. When you don’t reside in the World of Win at all costs, which I do not, it gets even easier to size up a situation by asking yourself one simple question – would you trust the Coach in question with your Child or Grandchild ?
In the case of Barnes & Richardson the answer for me is ABSOLUTELY! Anthony Barnes generally cares about his Student Athletes and Kris Richardson creates a perfect balance at the helm of the program.
