Business as usual for Lady Cavs

I had stopped by the Carroll News office 🏢 on Main Street earlier today when Alan Worrell was posting my story from last night’s Softball game to the online version of his Newspaper 📰.

The experience took me back to my childhood when the song was released about ” How does the Jelly get into the Doughnut 🍩?”

It’s always a pleasure to help out Alan and his trusty Sidekick. Today his trusty Sidekick told me Alan’s official title. Sadly for me it had too many syllables for me to ever spell correctly 😪

But if you Alan tonight at the Varsity Baseball ⚾️ game you should ask him about his Actual Title?

As the hours are counting down and the inserts are in falling into place I realize that there is one stone that we haven’t kicked over. Spread across three years our 13 Young Ladies walked through the front door 🚪 of Carroll County High School for the first time – if one or two of them would be willing to share thoughts on that day it would be a HUGE help !!!

Coach tells us that the Final scores from last night were 5-3 and 11-4 in favor of Blacksburg.

Both squads begin District play tonight vs the Glenvar Highlanders.

Cavalier fans will have plenty to choose from tonight both at home and at Glenvar High School outside of Salem. We will do our best to gather information from all nine fronts !
