Yesterday I posted that all games had been canceled for the day. The key 🔑 word is games because Track doesn’t play games, they have Meets.
The double down on this one is that I was within 10 minutes of Patrick Henry – Glade Springs while themaking my way down to Tennessee.
After spending 8 hours in the Cold 🥶 🌧 last week in Radford with our track team I should have known better than to think that they wouldn’t compete yesterday.

Not everyone out there has the luxury of jumping in the Cars and driving to Blountsville, Tennessee today as I have but I invite anyone that reads this today to share a Positive thought for Elijah.
This is open to Coaches, teammates, classmates and anyone that simply enjoyed watching this impressive young Man represent our School on the Basketball Court and now on the Tennis Courts.
Tonight will be the final time that Mr. Cox will put on his Carroll County Basketball jersey and I will try to cover it to the best of my ability. That is how Elijah played the game each night – to the Best of his Ability.
