Tonight was Take #3 of the Coach Nester Environment Experience and we left the Field still talking to each other ! Now with Priceless Photo 📷 !

If you are old enough to remember the ancient TV commercials where two people walking from opposite directions collide and one happens to be holding a Chocolate 🍫 Bar and the other a jar of Penny Butter then you can appreciate the odd combination of a legendary No-nonsense Coach and a Carnival Showman getting together to host a series of High School Softball games.

Coach Nester is in his 39th season of Coaching at Carroll County High School and this season he was looking for a way to amp up the atmosphere at Cavalier Park during his nine regular season Home Dates. Last night 🌙 was our 3rd attempt and once again we both accomplished our Goals.

The Lady 👩 Cavaliers won a Softball game in a fun manner and hopefully some Memories were made in the Crowd. One Memory that I personally will cherish for years to come was the Ceremonial First Pitch that Kamryn Quesinberry’s little Brother tossed in her direction ♥. Priceless was the word I used with the Microphone 🎤 but sadly because I was narrarating the moment I wasn’t able to capture it with my camera.

If someone out there did PLEASE share it with us.

If you attended the game and enjoyed yourself then we are achieving our Recess Penut Butter Cup Goal !

As far as the Game itself I have a Gentlemens Agreement to produce a Game Story for our Friend Alan Worrell over at the Carroll News first. Once he posts it I will then share it with our readers here on the site.

My last thought before writing ✍ said Gamer is how much of a Pleasant Surprise it was to see Lauren Alley getting around on her Crutches – not sure how hard she had to twist Mom’s arm to get to attend but I’m sure that her teammates enjoyed it thoroughly.

Not sure if Coach is the one that had to Penut Butter or the Chocolate Bar but we live to play another ball game!

Tonight’s Omega Foul Ball contest winning # was 26!

If you are the Lucky Fan that has 26 written on the back of your ticket 🎟 you need to take that ticket over to Brandi’s Dad 👨 tomorrow and get yourself your very own Lady Cavaliers Softball Custom T-shirt 👕.

The breakdown on the Foul balls was 9 in the JV game and 17 in the Varsity game, including the one that landed inside the Press Box.

Here’s what we know about the Soccer ⚽️ Match for the Girls 👧 – They hosted Auburn and the Match ended in a 1-1 Draw

At some point the mailbox 📬 will include some game notes 📝 from Marion Harris about the inner workings of the action 🎬 on the Pitch but until then we know it was 1-1 at the Half and remained that way through the Extra Time.

It’s officially Friday morning 🌄 now so I will assume that report will be posted later today.

Let’s Start with the JV Softball Team Victory, 7-5 over visiting Grayson County – Photos 📷 provided by Natural Reflections

Credit for the Official Box goes to Mr. Lucas Dalton!

Carroll County battled back from multiple deficits of 1-0, 3-2 and 5-3 before finally putting away the visiting Blue Devils 7-5 to sweep the Home and Home series with Grayson County.

Addie Greene went the distance for Head Coach Alexis Dalton, earning the latest victory after the Lady 👩 Cavaliers plated three runs in the bottom of the fourth inning. Laiken Burnett started the rally with a sharp single and Kenzey McMillan followed with a perfect Bunt single before Madison Coleman added another Bunt Single that chased Burnett home. Two outs later Natalie Burress capped the rally with a two run single to give the Cavaliers the lead at 6-5.

Greene aided her own cause in the bottom of the sixth inning when she scored the 7th and final run after reaching on a single.

Grayson County had plenty of scoring opportunities as the Blue Devils reached base 18 times in the contest on but after a run scored in the fourth inning to make it 5-3 for the visitors Greene and Company made all of the necessary plays to secure the victory.

Six different Cavaliers touched Home Plate with Burnett being the one to circle the bases twice as part of her 3 for 3 evening.

The Lighter side of Life – A new star was born as DJ Debbie Allen came upstairs to handle the Walk Up Music for the contest!

First Pitch – 4:56 / Game Time Temp – 76°

Time of Game – 1 hour, 58 minutes

Some notes from my Notes 📝 that are Unofficial by comparison – Burnett is shown as officially 2 for 3 as she reached base leading off the bottom of the second with what I had as an Infield Single.

Having access to the Game Changer official Box Score not only looks sharp but clarifies the Official Scoring for the contest.

The highly unofficial score sheet that ends up with a hard fought 7-5 victory for our Lady 👩 Cavaliers.
