With 2:00 minutes to go in the first quarter Jaelyn Hagee reached 1,000 points. I got a great capture of the original shot but she missed it and muscled her way to rebound and followed her own shot.. Did get a nice shot of her as a blur. Very fitting that she would hit the mark in a very CCHS – beating the opponent to the ball.

25-18 after 1st quarter. The Tigers 🐅 are showing more offense then expected.

Good Evening from Zions Crossroads – Will the last person to leave Hillsville please remember to Lock Up

Like so many others in Carroll County we were faced with the question of how to get up to Richmond in the best manner ? Our answer ended up being Zions Crossroads. First thing to address tonight is to applaud 👏 the folks that coordinated the Send Off this morning. Job very well done by all involved 👏.

Knowing that Alan will be Courtside and Lin will be keeping our unofficial book I get to choose the manner that I can best enhance the experience for the Players and the Parents.

I have landed on two things – I have been practicing how to count backwards from seven for Miss Hagee and to try and capture as many pictures 📷 of the Cavaliers Nation in the stands. None of the up close pictures will be taken during game action. Just before the contest and during the breaks.

A great day would be to capture at least one picture of each family 👪 but the challenge there is I don’t know exactly how to identify each family. So if you see someone that walks with a noticeable limp and looks lost please stop and get my attention.

This team of 10 and the Coaching staff has taken us all for such a wonderful ride up to this point and anything that we can do to further enhance the experience for them is our Goal.
