The Carroll County Sports Report has been built on top of our original blog Around the Valley and combined there are now over 1,000 posts on the site. That puts us in some pretty good company with our Basketball 🏀 trio.

There’s no doubt over here that our Girls Soccer team will feel the Love all season ❤ long with those two providing the Coverage !

We wanted to wait until we could find out how the Girls tennis 🎾 team finished up before we listed all of the results from tonight.

The Girls 👧 Tennis 🎾 lasted 4 hours before the Cavaliers came up just short, 5-4 at Galax. We will see if we can track down anymore information on the match.

We know that the JV Softball team won 27-2 over at Stanleytown Elementary over Bassett.

We know that the Varsity Girls 👧 Soccer ⚽️ team won by a 9-0 margin in a game shortened by the Mercy / Slaughter rule.

We know that the Varsity Softball team defeated Bassett High 6-0 on the road.

JV Soccer ⚽️ update

No pictures but jv played hard and lost 4-2. Youssef Elalfy scored the first goal thanks to Judah Collins pressing the ball. Then the second goal was a header by Julian Magana on a coner assisted by Daniel Torres-Lopez.

That’s Goal #1 – to have one site that allows a person to find all results!
