Logan – The work that we put in during practice because of how it pays off in the matches. Enjoy the daily challenge of getting better

Logan’s advice – Stick it out, there will be times were you want to do it but just stick it out.

Busy, Busy sports week ahead for the Cavaliers with stops in Salem, Richmond and on the Hil- (Running Report for the week.)

The photo selected is so that we don’t forget our Varsity Basketball Girls this week as they will be the non-participants of the group of four.

The Girls will be the Top Seed in the Region D tournament and will not play for a spell but the other three Cavaliers teams have big plans for later in the week.

State swimming πŸŠβ€β™‚οΈ takes place in Richmond with it set to start at 9am on Friday.

State Wrestling will be Saturday in the Salem Civic Center.

Boys Basketball πŸ€ has drawn the #7 seed in the Region 3D tournament and will play host to Hidden Valley (#10) at some point this week.

This page will remain what I would call an open post that I will update as the details become more available.

Trying to do the math on the Wrestling side of things. There are four Regions and the Top Four from each weight class advance to the State event.

4 x 4 =16 Wrestlers in each of the weight classes will be there in Salem this weekend. 16 Γ— 15 = 240 Wrestlers all together and three of those 240 will be wrestling for our CCHS.

Hoping to bring you as much of their pursuit as possible.
