Four Basketball 🏀 games plus a Hall of Fame event will give all CCHS fans something to look forward to later today. 5:30 is the scheduled start time at both the Middle School and the High School as the Knights of James River visit the Hill.
I wanted to take a moment to say a special Thank You to Lauren’s Mom for helping get the word out about our site as there’s been a noticeable increase in the number of visitors over the past few days.
It’s a good time to offer up a quick recap of the goals we have with the Carroll County Sports Report. Our Non-profit organization Oneofus.care sponsors the site and our goal is to make available Sports information about any Student Athlete that represents CCHS at any level.
There is no cost for folks to use the site and any photo on the site is free for the taking as well. The long term goal is to create an on-line presence for the Cavaliers and nothing else.
There is one very BIG catch in that everything that makes it on the site will remain 100% Positive !
The goal is to fill the gap that not having a Daily newspaper in our area to provide coverage for the teams. We appreciate the efforts of both Weekly papers but we feel that people should be able to know what happened at an sporting event shortly after it happens.
More thoughts to come later but if you are new to the site – Welcome and we hope you enjoy your time here.
